Billing and payment

Your card is charged when the order ships, not when you place it. Until then you may see a temporary authorisation hold from your bank, which is not a charge and clears on its own if the order is cancelled.

Invoices

An invoice is emailed to you as a PDF once the order ships. It shows the items, tax and shipping, and it is the document to hand your accountant if you are buying for a company. Older invoices can be downloaded again from the Orders page at any time.

Something looks wrong

If the amount charged does not match your order confirmation, send us the order number and we will look it up the same working day. Duplicate charges are almost always the authorisation hold described above, but we will confirm either way rather than asking you to wait and see.
