Shipping and delivery
We ship every order from our warehouse in Bend, Oregon. Orders placed before 1pm Eastern on a business day go out the same afternoon. Anything after that leaves the next business day.

Where we ship
We ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders may be held briefly at the border for customs, which is outside our control and usually adds a day. We do not ship outside those two countries yet.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your parcel is dispatched. You can also find it in your account under Orders. If the tracking has not moved after two business days, get in touch and we will chase the carrier for you.
