Returns and exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item has to be unused and in its original packaging, with tags and accessories still in the box. A tent that has been pitched in a field is not a return, so please try things at home first.

Sending something back

Sign in and open your account page. Every eligible order there has a Return button that generates a free return label. Print it, tape it over the old label, and drop the parcel at any carrier location. You do not pay for return postage.

Your refund

Once the parcel reaches our warehouse we check it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further day or two to display it.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free. Choose Exchange instead of Return on the account page, pick the size or colour you want, and we ship the replacement as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier.

Exceptions

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Everything else at full price is covered by this policy.
