Shipping and delivery

Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. Below that the flat rate is $6, which is what the carrier charges us.

How long it takes

Standard delivery arrives in 3 to 5 business days.
Express delivery arrives in 1 to 2 business days and costs $12.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada. Cross border parcels sometimes sit at customs for a day, which we cannot speed up. We do not currently ship anywhere else, and we will say so on the checkout page rather than taking your money first.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed to you at dispatch, so the message arrives when the parcel physically leaves the warehouse rather than when the order is placed. The same number appears under Orders in your account. If the tracking page shows nothing after two business days, message us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
